My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were spotlessly clean and came with comfortable beds, plus nice extra touches like robes and a coffee machine. The service was warm and welcoming, although there were slight delays during a busy weekend. The location was very good, within walking distance to Tewksbury and offering lovely views. The dining experience was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall a great value for money.

I have never stayed in a better room with crisp white cotton bed linen, although the thin walls made it easy to hear our neighbors. The highlight was the bath with a TV in front of it on the wall. The hotel is clearly focused on continuous improvements, aiming for the highest standards in service.
